It sounds like you got the right answer about tonight you shall get drunk and record yourself karaoke-ing. I try and put it out of my mind. I go for a walk to burn up some madness. Try and tell us all about it so you can get it out of your system.

Go home and spend some time with my animals or read a book. Usually I just need alone time when I'm having a bad day.

Usually pretty much the same thing... but I don't record myself... some things just aren't worth reliving (especially with my voice!) Hope things turn around for ya soon.

Sometimes I go out and other are best spent inside..in a hot bath and then I watch a movie....somedays are better not being around people who may make me "pop"

i use the heavy bag. i set a timer for 5 3 minute intervals and give it hell.
