My wife and I are seperated, if we file joint the amout would be larger than if we each file single, but we would have to split it. So if I file single would I get more back than the amount I would get when the joint return is split?

1) Are they all bad or like other spirits can they go either way? 2) Were/Are they human?
3) I run local paper routes and on my third route there is a spirit that not only I have seen, but also my husband & daughter. The spirit seems to enjoy running thru the backyards of one side of the street, which I know it has to be a spirit, because no human can run thru solid wood fences, nor jump them as fast as this guy(it has a male shape) can. Than yesterday, I saw him jogging in the main road as I walked along the side as if he was keeping up with me. It's head was shaped in such a way that I know it was watching me, but it was somewhat transparent so I know it wasn't an actual person. I have seen it in the shadows though watching and waiting for me to get to a certain point as if it's timing me. Do I try to communicate with it, or is it trying to let me know something? Its always watching me, but now it gets closer and is that a good thing or bad? I don't get any bad vibes.

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me with this. I live in Utah, and I gave my landlord 45 day notice that I was leaving by November 06' after my year lease was up. I moved out early on 10/30/07, cleaned the place, had it sparkling! The carpet was cleaned by me, and the house was immaculate. I took pictures when I left.I contacted the landlord, who didn't return my calls. Finally, the landlord said they were charging me $300 for cleaning, $200 for carpet cleaning and $275 for a broken sprinkler head. I fought them on these charges, althought the sprinkler head was true. I went with my uncle and fixed the sprinkler head which the part cost $4.29! They finally gave me my deposit and out of $1100 they gave me only $575. Also, they gave it to me Dec. 1st, which is 2 days after the 30 days. If I take them to court, will the judge acknowledge the deposit was late and that they didn't comply with the 30 day law even though it was only 2 days late? I need help with this! Do I have a case?

I live less than 20 feet from a set of active B&P railroad tracks. As i was leaving the house yesterday, some tanker cars were rolling by and i looked at them. One of them was sandwiched between what looked like cars carrying tar, but instead it had a DOT placard with a skull and crossbones and the number 2810 on it. I ran in the house to look it up, and everything i have seen says that is mustard gas. Why would they be shipping mustard gas between pittsburgh and buffalo? from everything i have read it is supposed to be banned from its only use, Chemical Warfare. everywhere i looked has that listed as its only use! Is there some kind of government storage facility around here? thanks for any answers...

My friend's financee is very controlling and manipulative, and he caters to her every whim, no matter how unreasonable. He supports her 100% financially and waits on her hand and foot. It's frustrating to see him work so hard. His friends and family are baffled by his choice.

It isn't bad with highway driving but is really bad with stop and go traffic. My mechanic said it could be all sorts of different things. A sensor or something. Also is stalls and takes around 15 minutes to start.

Hi, I have schengen visa issued by german embassy in june 2005 and valid until june 2008 and it is type C with MULT number of entries. I visited germany more than three times with this visa and the last time was in july 2007. The question is that can use the same visa to travel to Spain directly from my country (Dubai) without going to germany first? In addtion i want to tell you that i will go to Spain in Feb 2008 for 4 days and at this time my visa will be valid just for 4 months sine it will expire in June 2008. Is 4 months validity OK or there should be a minimum validation of the visa?

AAA cell has a voltage at 1.5V
and D cell also has the same voltage at 1.5V

Can I use D cell to replace AAA cell?

I'm a gemini, and these geminis I've seen are really unstable like they could pop off any second, or that they'll do anything that they feel like doing regardless of the consequences. this one man I know that was a gemini, drove like a nascar racer, even in the neighborhood, and nearly went through this man's garage.
