I'm having some trouble deciding what graphics card to get for my new system (Gigabyte P35-DS3L, E6550 Core 2 Duo, 2GB RAM). I'm aiming to get a graphics card that will play the orange box games at highest settings and crysis (DX9) at medium, while i wait for Nvidia to roll out their Geforce 9 series. I cannot afford a 8800GT/GTS/GTX at present and i'm not sure whether to get a HIS IceQ HD2600XT Turbo 512MB GDDR3, a Geforce 8600GT or a Geforce 7 series card. I'm leaning towards the HD2600XT but not sure if it will meet the aforementioned expectations.

Any recommendations of cards/ confirmation of competence of the mentioned?

right i think ive just got out of a relationship that ive been in since i was 15/16 with a guy i still adore, he is being silly at the moment, wanting a break and stuff!! anyways
over 4 years i have gotten quite dependant on him, and now im pretty much lost i dont know what to do with myself, i dont really have many close friends and im quite shy (however i am working on this cos i compete in loads of beauty pagents!!)
nywys what do u suggest i do, im not into random sex (in fear of aids n stds n other nasties) but i wanna meet new people go out more and find some best mates any ideas?
i also work at a record store once a week so im hoping i will get a lot of guys hitting on me over the next feew weeks with xmas!( great confidance booster)

1.)Sigh, so many of you ridicule and deny evolution, and dismiss it as hogwash, a hoax, devil's work, etc...
2.) Yet, when, on this forum, someone says evolution and Christianity can coexist, you all seem to agree. My point? See #1
3.)When someone says that the bible and evolution contradict, which actually agrees with YOUR view on #1, you all seem to reach for the thumbs-down button

You seem internally conflicted when it comes to the issue.

So which one is it, do you accept or deny evolution, or are you just confused about the whole thing?

If so, explain.


My scenario is, I'm already below average weight, just don't need to "lose" any while I exercise/work out. However, I wish to keep healthy and develop a better body.

plays some ps1 and 2 games im kinda afriad to get the 80 gig bcuz of this.

80 gig vs 60 gig

80 gig 20 gigs more than 60 & and motor storm game free.

60 gig plays ALL ps1 and 2 games and 20 gigs less than an 80 gig.

both 500$ each. i cant choose please help.

I have been diagnosed with endometriosis and was in severe pain today, despite taking regular doses of pain killers. The pain was so severe my teeth started to "chatter" like they do when you are cold/shivering (I was not cold). Can this "chattering" be caused by the severe pain?

I have had 2 episodes today fro the first time. I started feeling hot all over Like I was on fire, my heart started beating really fast (153 per minute) and hubby told me to check my sugar and it was 235, tonight it happend again but sugar was 213. Someone suggested I was going through menopause, but I am only 32. Is my sugar causing this or could I really be going through the change? Anyone have these symptoms? Help, I am scared!!!!

first, I'm a non-smoker, he smokes constantly... like 6 cigarettes every 3 hours. Usually 2 at a time (one after another), another thing that drives me up the wall, is that he thinks it's okay to cuss around his older kid who is 10 years old... he likes to drink beer (like 6-7 at a time) at this does not affect him. I like his kids, they are great, he has a 3 yr old son too... At least he does his smoking outside. He talks constantly, and when I listen, he thinks I"m not listening and questions me about what he just said. He is living in an apt with his two boys, and I have offered to have them stay at my house on many occassions just to get him out of his tiny 1 bedroom apt with his kids. I spent the whole day over at his place today with his 2 kids, and he said "I know you are itching to get out of here"... During that time, I played ball with his 3 year old boy, and watched his older son play a video game on his X-box. He talked for over an hour to his friend on the phone...

What is appropriate for a non-Muslim like myself to do while interacting with a Muslim, I have heard contradicting statements.
1. Is it ok to talk to a female Muslim? Someone told me that it is ok as long as I am not married, because I will be considered a 'boy' or not a man, and therefore it would be acceptable for her to speak with me, at least on some level. I have also been told that it is wrong for a muslim woman to speak to a non-relative male at all.
2. Attempting to draw, describe, or discuss the prophet is punishable by death.
3. Is the Female style of dress achoice, or a religious requirement, I am confused because some girls dress traditionally only some of the time. Also, why do males have no rules at all regarding their dress? Are they considered ugly, and therefore do not need to worry about tempting women? sorry, a little offensive I know, but it really does interest me as to the reasoning. Any other advice/ information youd like to share would be appreciated.
