Postmodernism and the picking and choosing it has wrought. In other words, people think that they are so powerful that their beliefs make things true, so they feel that they can throw out Christ's exclusivity claims. Because, the thinking goes, if it's true for you, it's true. (Again -- so bizarre! No matter how much you believe the sky is red, it is still blue) Once this goes, believing in the rest of the Bible becomes shaky at best. This is such a strange thing, and so upsetting to me. I believe that this is the primary thing that is the reason that this church age is the age of apostasy/Laodicea.
