Hello, I hope you have the time to give me some suggestions/comments when it comes to my lab results. I was tested earlier this morning. I won't be back to the doctor's office until next week. For now, I hope you can give your suggestions that I can follow for the following days.

URINALYSIS
Sugar: Negative
Albumin: Trace
Pus: 0-2/HPF

BLOOD CHEM (expressed in mmol/l)
Glucose: 4.53 (normal: 3.89-5.84)
Creatinine: 77.37 (normal: M:57-92)
Cholesterol: 4.53 (normal:3.9-6.18)
Triglycerides: 1.16 (normal: 0.45-1.86)
HDL: .90 (M: 1.04-1.3)
LDL: 3.10 (0-4.0)

Guys, I'm worried about the traces of albumin in urine (yeah, I do love to eat meat) and my HDL (it's low. what do you mean by that?). What can you I do to make me normalize the results next time? Like I said, my next appointment is still next week. I'm still 17. years old. Thank you all!

I have my own bussiness and I want to connect my pc in office with a laptop at home through a wireless router (Netgear). is this possible and is there any range limit of wireless router as i want to place router in office and work on internet at home which is about 100m away from the office. do i have to leave pc running to work on laptop at home.

We got an e mail in at work about being wary of a gang who drive around with their head lights off and the driver who flashes them is killed by the people in the other car as some sort of initatition into a gang.
I said it was a hoax as I had read it on some urban myth web site ages ago, they said prove it and now i cant find the site or rememeber it! If anyone knows which one it might be I'd appreciate it, I think it had stuff on there about the guy who faked the 9/11 photos as well!?! x

I got a cat on Thursday and she seems very loving. The concern I have is that she has eaten about 3 of the small cans of Friskies wet cat food over the last 2 days and hasnt had a bowel movement. She is pretty lethargic and sleeps alot, and her belly stays distended. I dont know if these "symptoms" mean that she is just still adjusting to her new home or if she has a medical problem. She is very vocal and loving, but doesnt move around or play very much as you would expect of a kitten. Is this normal of a new cat in a new environment or am I just being paranoid? Thanks in advance.

I cant seem to find the solution Im looking for.

Its intuitively obvious to me that the solution (one of them) can and should be +3. After all, (−2)³ = −8.

But every route I take, mathematically, either on paper or via calculator, gives me the exact same solution. Its a weird complex value.

Testing it verifies that it is -a- correct solution, as raising −2 to the solution I keep arriving at does yield −8.

How many solutions does log_{−2} (−8) have? Because I cant seem to reach an answer of 3

log_{−2} (−8) =
ln (−8) / ln (−2) =
[ ln (−1) + ln (8) ] / [ ln (−1) + ln (2) ] =
[ π⋅i + ln (8) ] / [ π⋅i + ln (2) ]... this is the solution I keep getting

Or, in polar form
√[ ( ln² 8 + π² ) / ( ln² 2 + π² ) ] ⋅ cis [ arctan (π/ln 8) - arctan (π/ln 2) ]

The absolute value of the above solution is slightly greater than 1, but less than 2. Should not the absolute value be 3 if +3 is also a valid solution?

There is a guy who I am kinda interested in. He works in the cafe of my office building and I never noticed him before until over the past few weeks, I noticed he smiles a lot at me, winks at me when he sees me and is generally friendly. However, as he works in a cafe, maybe this is just the way they are to everyone?
He usually asks how I am, etc but he doesn't ask anything personal like my name or etc.
I feel he is attracted to me physically, but due to the fact that I am probably a little older than him and work in an office, perhaps he is not interested in me.

I haven't really shown interest coz I don't want to show my feelings in case he is only being friendly n not interested? Or do u think becasue of our work positions, he may not think I am interested in him unless I make more visible effort?

is there some keys to lock my keyboard **while screen still working?** i have a kitten and she likes to walk on the keyboard >_< i have that link for cats where theres a small image flying in the screen and my kitten trys to catch it, but she messes with the keyboard too...
