There is a guy who I am kinda interested in. He works in the cafe of my office building and I never noticed him before until over the past few weeks, I noticed he smiles a lot at me, winks at me when he sees me and is generally friendly. However, as he works in a cafe, maybe this is just the way they are to everyone?
He usually asks how I am, etc but he doesn't ask anything personal like my name or etc.
I feel he is attracted to me physically, but due to the fact that I am probably a little older than him and work in an office, perhaps he is not interested in me.
I haven't really shown interest coz I don't want to show my feelings in case he is only being friendly n not interested? Or do u think becasue of our work positions, he may not think I am interested in him unless I make more visible effort?

- I have made eye contact with him and smile , and when I do he winks and smiles at me but how do I know it means he is interested or just being nice and freindly, as I know he is an overall nice person who is kind to everyone (guys and girls).
NO, I don't think I'm "better" than him. Just thought that perhaps some guys may feel uncomfortable thats all honestly

You answered your own question darling. Men confident in themselves, no matter how down the ladder they are, will always make an effort.
It's those with ego hassles, that have the trouble with who is bringing the bigger pay check.

well a sectet about guys is that they don't care about the women age, job designation ............there is a possibility that this guy likes u but as you said that u r not sure...........i will give u one trick to know whether he is interested or not......
next time when u visit make eye contact with him and smile,,if also make eye contact with you and smile it means there is something....now the thing with women is that they don't hold this eye contact for more than 10-15 sec or so, so once again make eye contact and if second time he also made eye contact then surely he likes you and may be because of ur personality and his current condition he feels shy to ask u for date............if not then hand him ur phone number and e-mail address and if he is interested he will call you.Good Luck

Don't you think it's a bit arrogant to assume that you are 'better' than him because you've got that office job and he 'just' works in the cafe.
He probably won't give a damn what your job is, but will it ever work if you think you're superior to this poor little worker ant.
