I adopted my puppy last week from a shelter and they said he was a chihuhua mix. I was looking at pictures, and I sort of think he looks like a "Chipin" which is a chihuhua and min pin. Can someone tell me what they think and if they think he will get very big? Thanks so much!

C'mon! There can't be such a thing as a moon, stars or a sun! I don't believe it! How can we be so mad to let them brainwash us?

I get jittery and get uncomfortably queasy whenever I'm left alone with someone else - regardless of their relationship with me.

I've always been uncomfortable sitting alone in a car in the passenger seat - it's only recently that i got over the anxiety of sitting next to my parents. I used to always sat in the backseat even when no one's in the passenger seat whenever my parents are driving. The same goes for almost everyone.

Another example is that whenever I visit a relative, and everyone's suddenly going out and I would be left alone with an aunt or uncle, I would always find excuses to go out as well - I can't bear the thought of being left alone (especially in a confined place) with someone else (regardless of gender, or how they're related to me).

I remember when I was in Primary School, there's this one time when the bus driver told me that he's going to send me home last, I freaked out and would rather go off a long way off from home than to be the last sent home.

I don't know if my ex-boyfriend cheated on me or not. I've been pretty attached with him. Silly or not. Necessary or not.

I've asked people around me if he cheated on me. Some say things like " maybe he's been with other girls and was waiting for the one he loved to come back". But I later found out that she was a liar and really liked to see other people get hurt. So I don't know if I can trust her.

I feel like other people patronize me when I ask. One said, "I found out something about him that wasn't good."

I hate it that they won't tell me the truth.

Anyway, I know it's silly and I want to move on.

Believe or not this is part of my desire to move on.

Has anyone ever been here? What did you do?

I want to be able to face it. You know? Instead of think one minute, "well maybe he didn't" and then the next, "well, what about?"

I know it's worthless and I want to stop it, but contrary to what my friends say "Just get over it" isn't working. I just want peace.

First and for most. I think all the controversy around "The Golden Compass" is unneeded. The movie will come and go. Like "Eragon." I've never even heard of the books or he author. Until all this came out. I don't even think most Christians are as outraged as people think.

I personally am looking forward to Batman and Hulk next year! anyway. . .

But I think that the difference between "Narnia" and "Materials" is that Lewis wasn't demonizing anyone. It seems that Pullman is. Now I'll admitt I haven't read the books. But from what I can gather from interviews by Pullman he's just making sweeping generalizations.

What do you think?

And YES I KNOW I should read the books!

I read my Marine handbook, and it says during the Delayed Entry Program, I can refer 2 people to the Marines and I will be able to get promoted to private first class, which also means I can get paid what the first class rank gets paid. Does that really mean I can start getting paid before I go into recruit training?

For her class naming the class Teddy Bear Muhammad. Why is everyone so afraid of Christians "taking over" when in all reality we should be concerned with the influence that is slowly moving westward? What are your thoughts?

Calculate how much work is required to launch a spacecraft of mass m from the surface of the earth (mass me , radius Re) and place it in a circular low earth orbit, that is, an orbit whose altitude above the earth's surface is much less than Re . (As an example, the International Space Station is in low earth orbit at an altitude of about 400 km, much less than Re=6380 km .) You can ignore the kinetic energy that the spacecraft has on the ground due to the earth's rotation.
Express your answer in terms of the variables m,me, Re and appropriate constants.

B)Calculate the minimum amount of additional work required to move the spacecraft from low earth orbit to a very great distance from the earth. You can ignore the gravitational effects of the sun, the moon, and the other planets.
Express your answer in terms of the variables m,me ,Re , and appropriate constants.

George Washington states, “It will be more consistent with those circumstances, and far more congenial with the feelings which actuate me, to substitute, in place of a recommendation of particular measures, the tribute that is due to the talents, the rectitude, and the patriotism which adorn the characters selected to devise and adopt them. In these honorable qualifications I behold the surest pledges that as on one side no local prejudices or attachments, no separate views nor party animosities, will misdirect the comprehensive and equal eye which ought to watch over this great assemblage of communities and interests, so, on another, that the foundation of our national policy will be laid in the pure and immutable principles of private morality, and the preeminence of free government be exemplified by all the attributes which can win the affections of its citizens and command the respect of the world.”

For the last 100 years or so, a prerequisite for being conservative was a healthy distrust of the government. I was raised to not put much faith in the government, and never really trusted them myself. Nor did all of the conservatives i ever knew. Yet in this day and age, conservatives are ones that actually trust the government. They trust the feds with their private medical records. They trust the feds enough to stand by and all the deniel of Habeas Corpus to American Citizens. They trust the government enough to allow the FBI to conduct "sneek and peek" searches of homes without a warrant, or homeowner consent. They trust the government enough to allow them to listen in on their phone conversations. Now i have nothing to hide, and was a raised a staunch conservative. But i do NOT trust the government, and i feel that liberty trumps security in ALL cases. Are there any other conservatives out there that want to step up be a good American?
