Actually they paint the image on the inside of your eyelids, just before you are born...however someone once told me that Sky is made in Isleworth london, but I think that is the satellite broacaster... but it could also be them, making the real sky... I know they make stars on X Factor... but only little ones, and the sun is printed in Wapping...not sure about the moon, although there was an Alfie Moon in eastenders... so if you think about it God must have been a londoner...everything seems to come form there
