I have the following code and this is returning the rows correctly, however, when a location does not have any items to display, it should export the "No Rides" in the table row and it is not, any ideas?

Tell me why we shouldn't socialize healthcare.
(The following is a rant. You don't have to continue reading. I apologize now for getting feelings involved lol)
Because here I sit making only .50 above the CHIPs healthcare line.
But my company wanted to take $200 PER PAY CHECK out to pay for healthcare for my entire family.
I have to ask -- from a working class/lower-middle class position -- DO YOU THINK I CAN REALLY AFFORD THAT?!
Sure; the CEO and his partners can. I cannot. I was a secretary; how's that going to benefit me?!
I'm sorry; I'm ranting.

whom she has been with for 4 years...She started working with a good friend of hers, who happens to be engaged...(No wedding plans though...) They ended up kissing and then he told her that he just wanted to be friends, and didnt want to do anything to jeopardize their friendship, and 2 days later ended up making the move to kiss her again! i have 2 cats that stay inside. their litter box is stinking up the whole house. i do not want to put them outside but what can i do. i use arm and hammer kitty litter now. they eat only dry cat food (9 lives). i clean their box every day. i am thinking about getting a 2nd litter box thinking that this might help them bury the smell better. i dont know what else to do. please help!! any suggestion.
