Hi, can you please give me ideas on what to give my mom for x-mas?? She is very special and does everything for me, so I want to get her something very VERY VERY special, but I can't think of anything. I either want to buy her something or make her something (like a cd or a movie-I'm no good at art!) thanks soo much-i'm desperate!

*you could go to the craft store and get a wooden box..
then you can paint it .. and put a nice christmas card inside of it!!!

* or you could make her a coupon book! what you do is
get some paper and staple it together.. then write on each
page a favor.. like for example.. taking out the trash..
doing the dishes.. sweeping the floor.. dusting the counter..(ect.) & make sure to put one favor per page! so she can rip it out and give it to you like a coupon! ( because that's what its meant to be! )

good luck finding her that special gift! i hope my ideas helped :) from past expeirence... hand made gifts are most appreciated.. but that's just an opinion.. not a fact :) it all depends on the person :) good luck!

What about doing a "pamper me" basket? You could put some aromatherapy candles, bath soaks, sugar scrub, nail polish, lotion, etc.

Or you could buy a simple wooden picture frame from a craft store, paint it, glue a dried flower on it, and put a picture of the two of you in it.

You could make a scrapbook.

Do you know how to crochet or knit? It is VERY easy to crochet and you can buy a how-to book, yarn, and crochet hook at any craft store. I would make her a scrarf. If you've never done it before, it would probably only take you a few hours to finish. And I'm sure she would love it.

If you aren't good at crafts, find a good picture and take it to Walmart. You can have the picture transposed on a coffee mug, mousepad, tshirt, calendar, etc. Pretty much anything you can think of. Moms like personalized gifts.

Good luck. I am sure she will love ANYTHING you get her.

Make a date with her. Give her a gift card to Bed, Bath and Beyond or something like that. And afterwards, you can go get lunch or hang out or something. Its a day you will both remember!

How about a gift certificate to a nice bed & breakfast to relax and enjoy some time for herself? Some offer things to indulge in like hot tubs, massages, chocolates, etc.

give her a big hug first, and recite an inspirational poem made by you infront of her.... then on the last part say "MAMA I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART , YOUR THE BEST MOTHER in the WORLD". I know she will be touched.... make sure to give the poem to her after as a remembrance of your being a loving child.

Write down what you think of her in a card and give it to her. She will treasure it always.
