Just covered my front steps with concrete bluestone, it looks like bluestone, but is made out of concrete...anyway I got some mortar on it near the joints. What can I use to clean it off? Thanks

Carefully chip it off with hammer and chisel.

It should not have bonded.

Acid will also damage the bluestone that you want to keep.

a weak solution of muriatic acid will take it off...wet the surface first...brush the acid on with a stiff acid brush and rinse well...increase strength of acid if necessary till its gone...
