OK so.. I'm preparing a draft work choices agreement for my wife and I. We both work from home and the hours are really flexible .. we can be "around" when the kids arrive home from school.... and we spend more time together.

In terms of working conditions, what do you think is fair? For example... should the "quickie" be limited by time and or quantity.... or should it remain spontaneous?

Also, should tantrums be allowed in the workplace?

Do you have any other recommendations for this draft workplace agreement?

To the digital painters out there:
What kind of monitor do you have? Recently I got an LCD monitor but I find that painting with it is so much different. For instance, if I sit low on my chair the colours appear darker than when I look down on it. I find this very annoying and I'm afraid my art might come over differently to other people with different monitor settings.
Is it best to have a CRT monitor when painting?
Please give me your opinion.

I usually do my own, but I'm not sure what to do this year:
I moved into my fiances parents house on June 15 of this year.
I have 2 children. My fiance is the father of one. I used to file as head of household and claimed both kids when I had my own place. While my fiance filed as single. My fiance makes about twice as much money as I do. How should we file this year to get the most money refunded?

I have DSL through Verizon and recently haven't been able to connect to the internet (using someone elses computer now). My modem lights up and trys to connect but connection always fails. I have and old computer with Windows 98 (yeah, time for an upgrade, I know). So my question is... is it my computer or the modem. What if I reinstall windows, will that help? Any ideas?
