I think you're referring to a cookie that was made by Sunshine Biscuits. The cookie was called "Lemon Coolers".

Sorry to say that the Keebler bought them out and discontinued that product.

However, the Girl Scouts sell a similar cookie that has a half-moon shape to them.

If you look online, there are many knock-off recipes.
