why is my bf being mean?

i called him and he said he was busy and i said i love you to him and i wait for him to say it he didnt it because there was people around?
what should i do?

why wouldnt he be able to i said you even if friends or family around there nothing to hide. im not i told my family and friend about him

talk to him about it...maybe he's stressed out about something. give him time.
