I let one go in front of my b/f and now I am too embarassed to face him. I just pulled the covers over my face and then waited til he got up and showered and went home before I would even get out of bed. At first I didn't think he heard it, but I know he did, because he got up and turned on the ceiling fan to try and circulate some fresh air.

He is coming over tonight and I can't face him. Please help me, what should I do?

Hi all, I got a good and lovely girl friend from Tamil nadu. Acording to their culture parents will select the groom for the girl. She is obese.

Her parents said to her that "No groom will like a over-weight girl. We won't look for groom until you reduce your weight!". They are also not ready to pay for medical therapies. But they keep on torturing her. Leave that, I don't want to discuss whether she should reduce weight or not (as i know being over-weight will cause health problems and she should definetly reduce weight).


Only thing I want to know is "Don't you guys (even one of u) like to marry a over-weight but beautiful by heart and physical girl???"

Ok, so I've dated this beautiful lady for a year and a half now and things have been going well. The first few weeks were wonderful, we went out and had fun. But now it feels like fulfilling some routine. We see each other almost every day (her insistence) and we've been to most fun places so we dont go out for fun as much anymore. I've suggested different things but it seems she's not up for it. Guys, please help - what can I do to spice it up? This is the longest rel I've been in. How do married people survive?

Imagine a cube. Now imagine a cube that is about as high as your knee. I need about 12 of those. Unfortunately they don't sell wooden cubes of this size at home depot.

So I need to make them. Now, If I just got a bunch of 2x4's or 4x4's or whatever, I could cut them all and glue them all together into these cube shapes. But this would be expensive and inefficient. (I don't need all that wood in the center, just the frame.) Like you know if you make a cube out of paper? The center has nothing in it. Thats what I need, but out of wood.

Does anyone know how to make this? Like.. "Get a couple of 1'' x 6'' s and cut 1'' off of one and glue it together...etc"

Or a link to an image of how to do it? I tried looking at "toy boxes" and then adjusting the instructions... But none that I could find are for a CUBE shape.

I just survived a terrible day with my wife's family at Thanksgiving but now I look at the calendar and see that Christmas is coming up in less than a month. My wife does not really like her family much either but feels obligated to get together for her parents. My family is gone so I am forced to get together with my wife's family.

Her family without exception is really terrible. What a bunch of bad people. I can not believe how nasty they were to my wife when she was growing up and how cold they are to each other today. Every year I grit my teeth and try to be nice but it is hard and they are rude to me and my wife every year. I have tried talking to them about it but are ignored. What do you do about terrible relatives at Holiday time?

I understand "supply and demand"-- but surely the US doesn't fluctuate that dramatically. Why were the fuel prices in January of this year, about $1.00 less than they are now? Is this just greed? What can be done about this? It irks me to see so many large "status symbol", "keepin' up with the Jones's" vehicles on the road, but honestly-- I cannot do anything about them. What do you think we can do to get our fuel prices back to a reasonable price again?
