Apparently liberals want quotas on who can be sent to prison..

Blacks are a minority of the US population, yet commit a majority of the crimes- hence the majority of prison inmates are black.

Blacks and liberals insist this is rascist- they think there should be just as many whites in jail as blacks..

How is the fact that blacks commit more crimes, are caught, tried and imprisoned proof that the jails are racist against blacks?

The other day, I read a question that suggested that the official language be English, and that day, after taking Toll House Cookies out of the refrigerator, I saw words written in Spanish under the English, Galletas de Azu’car.

Just out of curiosity, I went around the house looking for other products with in English and Spanish. I found this:

Truth is companies’ make lot of money off products marketed and sold to Spanish speaking illegal/or legal immigrates, and BOTH Republicans and Democrats will never do anything about illegal immigration, but GIVE GOOD LIP SERVICE.

For this reason , it is not the #1 issue for me, because I don’t think that Republicans OR Democrats will EVER do anything about it.

I think Free will is an illusion.. the atoms are causal of one another... obviously the atoms will do what higher causing makes them do, which means they are deterministic.. for free will to exist there must be a period of uncertainty with potential, and i don't just mean a person being confused about what to do.. Free willers (if you like) like to think that there's a non-deterministic superstition of some sort affecting our decisions.. free will is not logical.. it's superstitious and I believe it's an illusion. What's your opinion?

This happened not to long ago. My went out for a little bit. I was baby sitting my younger brother and sister. all the doors were locked too. before my parents left the phone rang and i answered it, but no one answered back. then almost as soon as they left, the phone rang agian. agian, no one on the other end. i hung up and the phone rand agian. i didn't pick it up that time, but no one left a message. the phone would keep ringing but the person either wouldn't leave a message or the would just hang up after a few rings. i din't tell my parents, but i don't kno what to make of it. i really do not think it was a prank.

Christians often try to persuade me their god is real by using what they believe are answered prayers as evidence. How do they account for another god answering prayer. (And please don't take the cheap way out and say it was an illusion from the devil unless you can prove how it's not the devil tricking you with *your* prayers.)

Ok, I got these cool-looking wireless headphone today. that my grandmother got for free at Staples (I don't want to hear people answer with "get better headphones, if you got those for free", that's not helpful whatsoever). The deal is, that you are supposed to plug in your object you want to listen to, and then plug that cord into the back of a transmitter. Then, the transmitter is supossed to send it to the headset, and allow you to listen to your music and stuff.

Unfortunately, the guys also built in a crappy FM radio into the headset itself, and all you can hear is a lame country station from Virginia. You are supposed to change the transmitter to a different frequency, but the headset never picks up the transmitter's signal, and continues to play the ear-piercing music. Anyone else have a pair of these cheap headphones, and can make them work?

I was just reading a book on prophecy and it talked about a World leader coming on the scene soon that would.

1) Be very charismatic and a strong leader
2) Would gain the support of a large portion of the worlds population
3) Would be able to negotiate a peace between the Arabs and Israel
4) Would be able to arrange the rebuilding of the Jewish temple at the sight of Solomon's temple.
5) Would implement changes that would result in better conditions in the 3rd world.
