I have a short hair female Chihuahua, who gave birth to two puppies, that we are going to keep as our own, 3 months ago. This was her first and last litter{SHE IS NOW SPAYED], and before she gave birth, she had an extremely short coat. All of a sudden now, she has developed a thicker, beautiful coat, that is twice to three times as thick as it was before, and I love it. Does this have something to do with hormones? Just wondering why she would develop such a thick coat after giving birth! Has this happened to anyone else's dog?

Anyone who has the game, can I get your opinions on it please.
IGN gave it a 9.2/10 and gave hardly any bad comments;
however, Gamespot gave it 6/10 and said:
- Adds no new features to last year's game
- Laggy, unplayable online code
- Slowdown when running in hi-def
- Poor presentation in every respect
- Graphically and aurally under par.
Also, on Amazon and Gamestation websites the price of the game is £24.99 for PS3 and XBOX 360. I've never heard of a next-gen game being priced so low.
What are your opinions on it?

The work function of an element is the energy required to remove an electron from the surface of the solid element. The work function for lithium is 279.7 kJ/mol (that is, it takes 279.7 kJ of energy to remove one mole of electrons from one mole of Li atoms on the surface of Li metal). What is the maximum wavelength of light that can remove an electron from an atom on the surface of lithium metal?

I am thinking of visiting the Hungarian capital next year, can anybody tell me:

* When is the best time to go?
* What is it like for nightlife?
* Where are the best places to meet young people?
* Can anyone recommend worthwhile youth hostels?
* Is the public transport system good?
* Is it easy to communicate with people?
* Are there are lot of attractions?
* Is there enough to see and do, to fill up 7 full days?
* Can you recommend any interesting daytrips from the city?

I am interested in sightseeing, football, photography, shopping, people-watching, characterful urban villages, and doing the 'backpacker thing'

Thanks a lot for your answers

I think that homosexuals should be respected and that they should be treated fairly. but i dont think they should be granted the right to get married ! Because marriage, according to the bible, should be between a man and woman. Marriage is a very sacred thing ! and that's why every where in the universe, most people feel the same way, they think that two people of the same sax should ne get married !

I have a desktop computer from 2005 that I want to take home from Thanksgiving, but the only monitor at home is from a 1999 computer.

They are the same brand, but for some reason the color coding scheme is different: my computer port where the monitor connects and its monitor plug are both blue, but the monitor at home has an orange plug.

Will they still work together? It's really important that I have my computer at home, but I don't want to lug this huge monitor home if I don't have to.

Last night I got into a fight with my 18 year old daughter. Im a single parent, I have 5 kids. The other kids are in school, my daughter has graduated high school. She was supposed to start college last semester, but didn't get the paper work done in time, so she is going next semester. She had a job, an internship that ended. She would be looking for a job but is waiting for her ID card and Social Security card to come in the mail. When I came home last ngiiht, I asked her about how that is going, and I advised her that if she is not working or going to school.. she really needs to be helping out around the house instead of rotting ont he sofa on the internet all day long. I just moved a week and a half ago, and there are boxes everywhere. Instead of just agreeing, or saying yes.. she had to talk to back. When she talks back, nothing that she says makes sense or even has to do with what we are talking about.

Isn't this a preposterous claim? Most things are harmful to human health at different levels. Even oxygen can kill people at high levels, as oxygen is very corrosive. This is why deep divers use exotic blends of air.

Isn't the claim that if you don't believe in global warming like they do, then you're for polluting the planet, putting arsenic in drinking water, killing children, burning down forests, chopping down the rain forest, melting ice caps, killing polar bears and penguins, ect.....?

Isn't this just a desperate move from someone who can't win a scientific debate with facts?

Just tell us if it will be warmer or colder next month and how you came to that conclusion to show us how wrong us skeptics are instead of arguing by intimidation.
