I have a friend who can do so many voices and needs a job. Any suggestions?

A great way to get into this field would be to volunteer to record books for the blind and visually impaired. Your friend could get some experience, which he could then put on his resume before seeking a paying job doing commercial audiobooks. Here's a site for more information

You get your experience by doing TV and radio and if your voice gets well known then all sorts of people will come looking for you to do voice-overs.

The best plan for starting voiceover is MArk's Voice Plan (just google it). That's how I started my career
