Graduated with two year diploma in mechanical engineering in 2001 and then Graduated in B.S chemical engineering in 2005 (with average grades).

Worked as an instrument engineer for one year after school in the mining industry. Just recently joined a construction firm doing contruction engineering to the oil and gas sector.

Ambition is to hold a managerial/senior position in a oil refinery down the road. But till now lacking pure technical experience. Most of my work presently involved project/construction managment that includes, estimation, budgeting, cost controling and helping the contruction phase of oil gas engineering as opposed to design.

My question is weather this experience will help me move into managment level at the oil refinery later on down the road or would I have to gain technical experience (which a few people suggest is good, but due to average grades finding it hard to break into the refinining enviroment directly) and plus lots of work politics.

I have some questions about the juvenile criminal system in Pennsylvania. Crime commited was stealing...
a) How can probation be extended?
b) Can probation officers go into records of the offender’s friends even though the friends have never before committed a criminal act?
c) If the juvenile turns 18 in the middle of his or her probation is anything different from the original juvenile law system (does it revert to an adult law system)?
d) If a judge says it is unnecessary for photograph and fingerprints to be taken but the delinquent officer say it is necessary can you fight it?
e) Are delinquent officers allowed to get in contact with friends of the offender even if not given permission by the offender?
f) Does having a juvenile record affect the schools you may have the chance to get into?
g) If you have a problem with your delinquent officer who or how can you report this? (Already she is giving unfair statements and has crossed the boundary on some things)

How is it decided if it is moral to kill or not? I'm not talking just about humans, I'm talking about everything. No one cares if I kill a mosquito...this is actually a goverment supported act, they kill them by the thousands. However, if I killed a dog...I better have a darn good reason for doing so...like the dog is attacking a child. Is it the size of the animal, is it the domestication? I don't think it is the size, if I saw a tiger walking in my neighborhood...I don't think I would be demonized if I shot it...being that it could be dangerous. I don't think it has to do with danger either...any stray dog I see could pose a danger to my children. No one would care if I step on an ant outside. Kids do this all the time, no one really cares do they? What about if a child decides to go and kill a beautiful butterfly? Is that different than them stepping on an ant?

My friend had open heart surgery today and things are not going well they have just taken her back to the operating room for the 3rd time she is bleeding and they are having trouble getting it stopped and her heart regulated. Please pray for Joella. Thank you my brothers and sisters in Christ.

There are soo many of us that have a chance to do stuff that we (by societys rules) shouldn't do. But sometimes you have the opportunity to do it and no one else will know. Like the soldier (male) in Iraq who is away fighting for freedom and of course loves his family but is sleeping with another soldier (female)while away. Or the Army wife who is sleeping with another man while her husband is away. If you play your cards right you will never get caught. And how would the wife EVER find out about that being as it's happening 3000 miles away?

So do u do things and say "o well he's not around"?
