the floor of the front passenger side was real wet. THe mat on top was not. I took it in and no one can figure out where the water is coming from. I have a friend who has a GMC van that had the same problem and no one could figure out where it was coming from. I noticed it after I had the heater on the first few days it got cold, however the service people said that it was not the ac/heater lines. Anyone else had this problem and found a solution to it.

Keep in mind that there are different kinds of religious experiences. I am talking about the kind where someone believes they have had a direct experience with a spiritual being of some kind.

Theists of whatever kind, how do you regard the experiences of people in other religions? Do you judge them by a different standard than the religious experiences people have in your own religion? Why?

Atheists, I know that others' religious experiences would hold no proof for *you*, just as a Christian's religious experience would not be proof for a Pagan. However, do you automatically assume that people who have them are simply hallucinating (and is that really fair?), or do you allow that perhaps they just might be perceiving a valid reality, even if their experience wouldn't be sufficient proof for anybody outside of themselves? Why?

the preference given to rex is strictly aesthetic as this will be a rather visible tattoo for a colleague of mine...I had two years of latin as an undergraduate student and i have two variations that I would like to be verified in case a latin linguistic expert challenges the translation...then I can claim expert verification on my end...

blah...

peace and plop...

I ask you, could that possibly (in this or any other universe) be construed as offensive?

In this context, 'canny' means 'lovely'.

Do you have a preference or are they the same? I kinda prefer vh1 better because their shows aren't as annoying as MTV. I like their countdown better too, it doesn't have as much of the teeny bopper / annoying-hip-hop-with-awful-lyrics videos...

My two nieces 9 and 7 are obsessed with the High School Musical Movies. I got them both HSM watches, notebooks, pencils, and the HSM Twister game. Does anyone know of any other cute things they have??? I need holiday gifts for the girls.

I've noticed that on every car I've driven with a manual transmission, you can upshift without the clutch as long as you aren't accelerating too hard. You can also ease from neutral into the gears at certain speeds, like 8mph for 1st, 12mph for 2nd, etc. As long as there's no grinding, is there any reason not to do this?

What about going from a gear to neutral as long as it's not while under a load (like going downhill) and you don't "pop" it out?

Also, is it harmful to make the car move forward by "pushing on 1st gear" without stepping on the clutch, but not actually letting it go into gear?

A uniform steel beam of length L and mass m1 is attached via a hinge to the side of a building. The beam is supported by a steel cable attached to the end of the beam at an angle theta, as shown. Through the hinge, the wall exerts an unknown force, F, on the beam. A workman of mass m2 sits eating lunch a distance d from the building.

a) Find T, the tension in the cable. Remember to account for all the forces in the problem.

b) Find Fx, the x-component of the force exerted by the wall on the beam ( F), using the axis shown. Remember to pay attention to the direction that the wall exerts the force.

c) Find Fy, the y-component of force that the wall exerts on the beam ( F), using the axis shown. Remember to pay attention to the direction that the wall exerts the force.

Why does Israel want their lost tribes back in their country? The world is moving on towards the ideal of multiculturalism (at least trying), but Israel wants their whole nation for their own tribes, isn't it a narrow minded thing to do?

I see commercials all the time for companies that sell water softening systems. Down here in Florida, one of the big companies is Southern Water. I've been slightly interested in this and have wondered how much they are, but dont really have time or any interest in a sales person coming to my home. I just want to know if its something I can afford or not. I'm sure its a monthly fee along with a one time installation charge, but I dont even know where to begin guessing. Can anyone tell me how much it costs to install these things and what kind of monthly costs are involved? Anyone that have one? Or even just a best estimate? Thanks.

It's the realTruth that I say
You sure don't know my way
If you insist me to be a gay
U got no truth in what U say
U really don't know my way
You're just so afraid of gay
You missread what others say
You're so much afraid of gay
U force some to go that way
Because of what You say
Yet they never intended gay
If I ever wind up that way
You the accusers of gay
You are to blame all the way
Because of what You say
Yet really got no intents of gay
No matter what You say!
To H E LL go all the way
Because of what you say
Go to H E LL without delay
As I got no intents of gay
No matter what U dare say
You're wrong all the way
In the world U accuser of gay
You don't belong in anyway
Go to H E L L for what U say!
I can tell you more today
You accuser of gay
You really don't know my way
Go away for what U say!
I Curse U all the way
Because of What U say
U Accuser of Gay
May U never get your way!
Because of what U Say
Go Away Go Away Go Away!
