Why does Israel want their lost tribes back in their country? The world is moving on towards the ideal of multiculturalism (at least trying), but Israel wants their whole nation for their own tribes, isn't it a narrow minded thing to do?

So is it that most people who are in approval of this narrowmindedness are the Jews?

You say that the Jews have been victimized? I'm sorry to say this, but this has been happening all the time throughout history, not just to the Jews!? They weren't singled out!

Actually, the Jews' sufferings have been overinflated, compared to others, imho.

You obviously do not know who the House of Israyl really is, nor who those claiming to be 'jews' really are.

The idea that the world is "trying" to move towards multiculturalism is both naive and UN-evolutionist in its thinking. You don't see the lion eating bugs so it can hold paws with the pig and the zebra at night? You go into a dogs territory or walk into a field with a bull and see how multicultural the animal kingdom is.

Because you aren't personally aren't part of one of the wars going on in the world or because you aren't currently the physical victim of crime, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Where would this idiotic idea come from? Only a closed environment like a school could teach an idea this stupid. Get out into the "real world" more.

edit: Flan, "The Jews were captured by Babylon" didn't happen and there was no Palestine in the 40's prior to the existence of Israel. Palestine was a term created to get the land back from the Jews because they couldn't be called Egyptians or Jordanians and be viewed as having a claim on the land.

How do you figure that? If they are being brought back from other countries wouldn't they be bringing that culture back with them? But I should warn you, what the world does is not always right in God's eyes. He separated humanity into groups at the tower of babel. Do you think He wants the world to come back together again without His supervision? This multicultural imagination is very dangerous. In fact it was the very reason Israel was scattered amongst the nations.(Check out Ezekial chapters 3-7) Do you want severe punishment to come on the earth? Then be quiet with that multi stuff. God is the one bringing the Jews back to Israel. Israel is just obeying His will.(Read Zechariah 12-14)

I think you got your 'facts' confused somewhere. The Jews made up only ONE tribe. The 10 tribes that were related to the Jews were capture by, and assimilated in Assyria.

The Jews were captured by Babylon but were permitted to return to their homeland and rebuild Jerusalem. Since then, they have been very exclusive. That is why their religion and culture survive until today. They want to continue the tradition. If not, they would become assimilated by other cultures.

Israel doesn't want ONLY their own tribes in Israel, it welcomes many others as well. For instance it just took in tons of Sudanese refugees even though such a small state as Israel really can't afford to.

1. Israel was created as a Jewish homeland, it only makes sense that Jews should be in it.
2. More importantly, it is a biblical prophecy that when moshiach comes, all tribes will return to Israel.

No , it is God's will. God's will is unstopable. Truthfully there are representatives of all 12 tribes who are living in Israel right now. This is the final regathering of Israel which began in the 1800's which has been prophesied by nearly all of the Hebrew Prophets. In 1948 the official refounding of the Nation of Israel is also a miraculous fulfillment of linked prophesies in Exodus ,Leviticus ,Ezekiel , and Jeremiah . This regathering is the final regathering for 3 things. The battle of Armageddon ,the 2nd coming of the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ and the salvation of members of each of the 12 tribes of Israel by that same Christ.

Come to Christ.

Not so. For instance, Israel has been admitting thousands of Muslim refugees from Darfur. It also has a large Filipino and Thai population.
