The dreaded Figure Four Leglock is the best submission hold ever created ... it's pretty self-explanatory, just look at a picture to see what it looks like.

The Chancerie

Scholastic Wrestling - When someone shoots in, sprawl hard. Use your right to cup the chin of your opponent, then bring your left arm around to in between the opponents elbow and body and in one continous motion take them to their back. You can easily move into the half and go for the pin. This move won me a lot of matches in high school.

From the standing position the most common move is a snap down... its even used in professional (fake) wrestling.

While facing your opponent you put one hand on the back of his neck and you snap his head downward and forward then as he falls forward, you trow your weight ontop of him so that he can't recover.

now try to manuver behind him and flip him over for a pin.

I also like the bear hug. Get underhooks and squeeze you opponent inward as hard as you can, as his body gets close to you, put you chin into his trap muscle and basically fold him over onto his back.

The Canadian Destroyer . begins in a position in which the opponent is bent forward against the wrestler's midsection, the wrestler grabs around his opponent midsection latching onto the opponent's back, with his head to one side of the opponent's hips, keeping his legs around the opponent's head. From this position the wrestler pushes off the mat with his legs to flip the opponent over.

Pressure point in the middle of your back. Use your elbow, it'll make them lean back and reach for the point, leaving them free to get down!

a pele kick (backflip kick).

facing away from an opponent, you backflip and hit the opponent with one/both of your legs, usually landing in a handstand position.
