There is an Illinois woman suing the Cardinals and Busch Stadium because someone was able to get the scoreboard operator to display a text message, during a game, that her daughter had a sexually transmitted disease.

While tragic that this all happened and irresponsible for whomever was operating the text scoreboard to allow that message to go "live", my question is this:

Roughly 45,000 MAY have seen this at that game. How many hundreds of thousands are reading about it in the newspapers across the Midwest and on MLB.com? Is this mother causing MORE damage to her daughter's life by dragging this out? Where should a parent draw that fine line?

Interesting moral dilemma, isn't it?

I was looking on Ebay for a Cheap car and i happened to look at a Hyundai Elantra Hatchbook 2002 on Ebay. It looks like it does not have a lot of trunk space, but that is all right with me. I need something that looks a little cool that will get me from point A to B. I am in school and i am working, so I really dont have a lot of time to go looking for cars. But i just need a lot of other people's input before i go ahead and put my trust into Ebay for something that expensive. I would really rather buy from a Official Hyundai dealership, but i am not sure if they offer warranties for used cars.

I haven't seen her in a couple months and I haven't seen my other friend who is coming for 3-4 months. I am 5'10", size 12, and with short brown and pink hair. What should I wear to her sleepover? this argument is to be totally logical, no religious theories. If Jesus was god, then how can he be his own son. Why would he sacrifice himself to save people he could've saved without all the drama. I mean if he could say let there be light and there was light, then why could he not wish these people sinless. Why would god do such a thing anyway? That would defeat the purpose of sins itself. Logically, if u do something bad,and there is a set punishment, someone cannot do the time for you. You are bound to do that time. Secondly, he was born human, meaning 23 chromosomes from mom, 23 chromosomes from dad. So if this is true than where did the father's 23 chromosomes come from. seeing how god doesnt posses chromosomes. If god created them, then jesus cannot legibly be the son of god. If those chromosomes are of god himself, then god isnt the all powerful being we are told he is, he is human. So this entire thing is wierd and i know people will bring religious vodoo into this, so dont.

I personally think that while he made a mistake in what he was saying,Somebody also put his stuff on t.v...and that is "private" and personal, as well!! also,..I don't think that they should pull him off of the air...we are all human beings who DO make mistakes sometimes...I don't see him as a racist person...he works with sooo many people..and takes care of many...even while he puts them back into the system!!
I think that his show MUST GO ON!!
He seems like a very kind person..I am rooting for him..and his "posse" to do their job again..and yeah, I am a fan!!!

I made the decision, last week to put my loyal, trusty, 15 year old black lab, Cassidy, to sleep. She is sick and her body is wearing out on her and I cannot let her suffer. I have been sobbing on and off for days because I am going to miss her so much, she is my best friend and she means so much to me. The fact that she will not be here to lick my face or greet me when I come home from work makes me miserable. I have a presentation for work tomorrow but my eyes are very puffy and red and this will not go away and I also have a terrible headache since I started crying and it will not go away either. Any suggestions?

It's not that I cant understand math and science, it's that I have a hard time keeping them in mind, getting the whole picture, and knowing how to apply them to different kinds of problems.

I'm going to enter pre-med in a couple months, and I'm looking at taking chemistry 1 (1 out of sequence 1-3), english 101, and math 90 (intermediate college algebra) this upcoming semester.

I would like some tips on how I can study to learn the most of what I need to, focus, memorize, and apply. Im tired of staring at words for a couple of hours. I think there must be a better way

My neighboor is renting a property that is a foreclosure. The owner never said anything to them. A Real Estate agent came by and told them that they need to be out by the 22nd, and that the bank that now owns the home is willing to give them 2k if they go quietly without destroying the place. That is definitely not enough notice, and what are their rights? Can they haggle for more money? Maybe the bank thinks by offering them 2k, they will not have to proceed with an eviction?

Everytime i mix around wif my friends most of them are married-men(MM), 3 out of 5 of these MM keep a mistress. Most of their wives simply pretend nothing happen, i simply dont understand. Ofcoz some of them have 3-4 kids at home, i guess their wives just wana go wif the flow. But i dont understnd why MM still wana keep a mistress for themselves, a wife at home isnt that enough for their entire life?
I think MM should NOT get married in the first plc and stay as a single/bachelor all the way just to fling wif so many girls out there...yeah!...As a reslult of this, women now stay single...my colleagues most of them are in their 40s refused to settle down, well they are pretty ladies all right, i guess they donwana endup wif problems after married...heemmmm..

Ok if you havent read the first part please do, so you understand this. Ok I wasnt 100% truthful. The reason I found out about all the other girls is because when we were dating we had each others passwords to our emails. I changed mine after we broke up, but he didnt. When I found out all this stuff, I checked it out and confirmed that hes messing around on his fiance. She knows about me, so if I tell her she will NEVER believe me. They are getting married tomorrow! I really feel that if I dont tell her, karma will kick my butt. However I feel like if I do she wont beleive a word. Im so confused!

I need help explaining on why oil and water do not mix. I know that oil is less dense than water, so it causes it to float on top, but else is involved? To take it a step further, what can you add to a solution of oil and water in order for them to mix? I was thinking or salt or sugar, but they didn't work >:( Can someone please help me, guaranteed 10 points for the most accurate and descriptive answer.
