I am interested in learning more about both fields. I was told to pick one or the other. The differences as far as salary, bonuses, commissions, travel, other perks such as medical and dental benifits, company car, ect. I am also intereested in knowing which field is more stable and which field offers more growth and earning potential.

I am almost 50 and my wife is 40. My wife of 5 1/2 years is a very beautiful woman, I'm not a good-looking man right now, I've gained a lot of weight over the last 4 years and it is very concerning to both of us.

During the past 5 years, I've had to defend myself against 3 malicious lawsuits and have been constantly dealing with a custody battle with my ex over my daughter. To say I've been under a lot of stress would be an understatement.

When I'm stressed, I eat and I've been battling this for decades. During this time I've been working my butt off making enough money to support my family (wife, daughter, step-daughter) in a comfortable fashion. My wife during this time attended cosmotelogy school and we've set her up in business though we've received no income from her business. I'm a good, honest, hard-working husband with integrity.

My wife's co-workers said to her that she is "Much too pretty for your husband".

I have three small tanks, all freshwater. I have had the two 5 gallon tanks for 1 year, and my ten gallon tank for three years. I have only lost (Killed by accident) one pleco, and I lost one fish to ICK. Other than that I have had no problems. I recently purchased a 50 gallon tank at a garage sale and I would like to attempt salt water tank (complete with coral). I have checked tank for good seal and I am okay there. I need to know where to go to learn all I can about setting up salt water tank, and please do not tell me petco, their fish people are quite ignorant where I live. Info I need: Do I use sand? How do I clean? How many bio wheels do I need? How often do I check ph and nitrates? Please help, would love to set it up for my sweetheart as a anniversary present.. Oh yeah, he wants sharks, can I have normal salt water fish with sharks?

I am a 24 yr old divorcee with a 4 yr old daughter. Since getting divorced my ex has seen her a few times but that was a long time ago. He stopped being a part of her life a long time ago. My boyfriend and I are hopelessly in love. We plan on getting married soon and my daughter absolutely ADORES him, she accidently calls him daddy and has told me that she wants him to be her "pretend dad". Nobody has told her or even brought it up, this is her idea completely. Between all the time together, the things he does for her and the love they have, he is preactically her father now. She loves her dad but talks little of him anymore. I don't want to try and replace her father at all but if she looks at him like another father is it wrong to allow her to call him dad if that's what she wants? P.S. I was raised by my step father and look at him as my real dad, no competition.

Okay long ago, someone told me that when the clasp of your necklace reaches the front (centered under your chin) that someone is thinking of you.

Then you think of people you know (guy or girl) and the first three names you think of you place on a finger. So from then each of the three fingers represents a person you thought of.

From that point, you ask someone to pick one of the three fingers. The finger they pick is the person who is thinking of you. If you are thinking of them too, you kiss the clasp, if you weren't you don't but either way, after knowing, you turn the neckace back again with the clasp behing your neck.

Has anyone ever heard of that? And if so, do you still do it or do you think it works? I feel like it does.

I just really want to know peoples opinions on this...for and against!!!

Every single day when i read the paper the crimes that people are comitting become more and more heinous.....Why dont we have the death penalty in england can anyone justify to me why people like ''ian huntley'' deserve to live after what theyve done and not just this sick animal these things are happening far too often....Recently i read and article about a man who beat his girlfriend to death with a mallett and then ate her and he got 12 years is prison i mean plz can someone justify this to me!

With forensic science these days mistakes are rarely made!

And surely bringing back the death penalty would solve the overcrowding problem we have with our prisons lol

i was looking at my triplets birth certificates this morning, yeah i keep them with me at the hospital sad but true,

dont you think they should be more interesting! like just have some glitter and some ribbons and some pictures and some huge great font used!

but ooohhh no they are standard issue govt crap with an impressed mark in the paper.

seriously now cummon!

i wanted sparkles and glitter and some kinda congratulations banner and perhaps some nice pink or blue writing...

flushing the toilet??

I was in the bathroom at work, this woman comes in talking on her cell phone. I hear her shut the stall door. I flushed the toilet and I hear her say all sweet in the phone "hold on baby". And then she yells "WHY IN THE HELL DID YOU JUST DO THAT, I DON'T WANT HIM TO KNOW I AM IN THE BATHROOM!!"

Why would you even make the call if you were going to the bathroom?? Help me make sense of this!!

Im on probation for a DUI, i requested a permit to go out of the country with my mother, and the judge denied my request. I have attended all my classes and am almost done with my probation , have never had any complaints against me and they still deny it with no reason what so ever. What can i do to find out exactly why i was denied, can i see the judge myself? Can i request a different judge? Can i appeal? and if so how can i do it? I am in Arizona

I ordered a plasma television online.
The television was delivered on the 30/05/07
A few days after a second television was delivered!! The first was signed for by my girlfriend the second was signed for by myself. I was the name on the order.
Needles to say i was over the moon, I held on to the two TV's untill one week ago (some 6 months after origionally delivered) where i sold it to one of my work friends, thinking that the matter was well and truley forgotton about.
All was good untill today when the company phoned to say that they had delivered two by mistake and wanted to know where the other one was?

My question is where do i stand legally?
Can the company chase something that happened so long ago?
If so and i manage to get the Tv back, can i charge them a rediculous storage fee, to hopefully deter them from pursuing me further?
Or should i just deny all knowledge?

Legal advice, on where i stand would be vastly appreciated.

It's not the clearest photo but I was a little nervous as he already fell on me once when I was using my phone to take a photo. Needless to say I grabbed my digi so I could keep a little distance. As long as he's not poisonous, I don't mind him being there. He's webbing my window! I think spiders are awesome I just need to make sure he isn't going to hurt my kids.
