Im on probation for a DUI, i requested a permit to go out of the country with my mother, and the judge denied my request. I have attended all my classes and am almost done with my probation , have never had any complaints against me and they still deny it with no reason what so ever. What can i do to find out exactly why i was denied, can i see the judge myself? Can i request a different judge? Can i appeal? and if so how can i do it? I am in Arizona

You can request a hearing with a different judge, contact the clerk of the court or your PO and ask for a new hearing with a different judge.
Or you can ask your mom to wait until you are off probation.
If you leave the country anyway, you are looking at jail time, if caught.

The sad truth is... You are on probation, and you agreed to the conditions. The judge doesn't need a reason to deny your request.

An appeal takes time... check with the clerk of the court, and see if you can make the request to a different judge.

I am not a lawyer, but
I know from experience with the system that it will take a long time to appeal. By then, I wonder if it will be too late for your planned trip.

If you are almost finished with your probation, why not schedule the trip later? It seems that would make sense in this situation.

THE JUDGE HAS THE FINAL SAY IN THE MATTER.

YOU SHOULD TALK TO YOUR PO / COUNSELOR AND ASK THEM ABOUT IT.

IF YOU DO NOT GET AN ANSWER, YOU CAN ASK TO SEE THE JUDGE AND EXPLAIN THE REQUEST, TRAVEL WITH MOM?

YOU CAN APPEAL AND ASK FOR A CHANGE OF VENUE BUT ALL JUDGES USUALLY GO WITH EACH OTHERS DECISIONS.

call the courthouse, and ask them where you can appeal at, but dont leave anyways,, then you got youself a warrant for your arrest, and a lot more trouble than you need
