i lost over 60 pounds in the past year and im 16 and 6 ft tall


i also lost alot of strength and muscle


i need to gain my muscle back

but i need help

maybe protien

but everyone tells me i will gain the wieght when i stop taking the protein

how true is this

and is there a way around it?

What is the best depression treatment?

I have been suffering from major depression and anxiety. My doctor has previously put me on Lexapro, Ziprexa and Allegron but none of these has helped. On the contrary, I had severe side effects such as heart palpitations, swelling, interrupted sleep, drowsiness, extreme tiredness, dizziness, nausea, lack of taste sensation, and worst of all – I gained 20kg in just over 1 month, which I can’t lose. She’s now put me on Efexor- XR but I am still worried about the side effects. I am feeling rather desperate as if the Efexor does not work either my doctor didn’t give me any other option. Please help! Is there any other treatment or alternative treatment, which may be helpful? Could you please share your experience as to what has helped you to recover from depression other than drugs?

I am using credit cards for the past 3 years( all are life time free cards). No annual fees, i always make full payments every month, so i had never paid financial charges or late payment fees. apart from this i get bonus gifts for my usage. From where does bank get revenue on credit cards. None of the merchadise charge for making payment through credit card.

I have this friend (girl) that i find her personality super attractive. I know that i don't like her like "like like" her, but i miss her and i always think about her. I try to cut off the relationship between me and her by not having any contact with her. So i have not talk to her in the last three days, which seems like forever to me. I do not mind she has a BF that she seriously "like"; i don't like her that way, aleast i do not think so. however, i would feel super joyful if she can show me some affections, any affection can make me smile. I feel like when she is not in my life i would return back to my old self, which is someone that i don want to be. I know she likes me as a friend, I do not mind. that but, do i like her like a friend too? or something? If so, what it is? Please help me.
