For a 13 year old girl i wanna lose weight maybe like 7 pounds?

what should i eat and how should i exercise?




would 95 be a good weight for a 5'2 13 year old girl?

102 sounds like a fine weight, why are you trying to lose weight. The best way is to just stay away from fast food, too much junk food, while eating a lot of vegatables and healthy food. Running like 2 or 3 blocks a day helps your metabolism work harder too.


By the way, if you look around you would see that the person above me just copies and pastes the same response to all questions like this one. Mine was personalized to try and help you out. I still think that 102 pounds is just fine for a 13 year old, and your too young to worry about your weight.

1- you are young so going on a diet isnt really suggested since your body is still growing..

2- many people will give you a list of do this dont do that.. eat this dont eat that.. DONT LISTEN TO THEM.. MANY DROP A DIET BECAUSE THEY CANNOT KEEP UP WITH THE CRAVING..


3- so what i suggest is.. eat all the foods you are eating right now.. BUTTTTTTTTTTT eat half of it..
Though the only thing you should really limit is the intake of sweets and sodas..

CALORIES IN CALORIES OUT You have to spend more than you take in.

This perfect diet is simple and depending on your regular diet can be hard.

1)fruits and veggies, all you want, as near raw is good because cooking does destroy some of the nutrition
2) limited or no meat
3) NOTHING FRIED, you can steamed, sauteed or raw
4) NO FAST FOODS=empty calories
5) Nothing white, sugar, salt, milk, flour, etc
6) lots of water=no sodas
7) EXERCISE.-walk to the donut store, walk home-DON'T GET A DONUT.

the best and balance diet plan is , u should eat every day fruit, vegetable,minerals ,carbohydrates fats,vitamins,and proten.according to ur body needs
