Ok, I'm going to be goin' to the GYM....But I don't know how to eat, how many time to go to the GYM, What to go on,ect. I also want to get toned (or what ever you call it lol) but I'm afraid that if I ge tone that I'll gain weight is that true or not. I want to lose about 30-40 pounds. Can I get tned and lose weight? Just tell me what you knowl lol=)

I got a neighbor who owns a restaurant and be makes his own biodiesel from the used cooking oil and a little diesel fuel and uses it in his Diesel VW Bug. So it can be that hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT IS OUR PROBLEM! GAS IS 3.04

I work as a host once a week at local restaurant. I also work as an office manager full time, so being a host is just for fun. The last time I worked, we were on a very short wait, about 15 minutes. These 3 guys who were waiting were being very rude. They kept making fun of me and the other hosts by mocking me when I opened the door for people and mimicked our voices in a "valley girl" tone, which is nothing like how I speak. One guy was walking through the restaurant looking for a table as if I didn't know how to do my job. I was especially offended by this because these were adults. They weren't disrespectful teenagers, these guys should have known better. I shouldn't let it get to me, but I was baffled at how rude these men were and the fact that they assumed that because I'm a host, I'm also an idiot. We didn't make them wait very long, it was under the quoted time, so I felt their disrespect was completely unwarranted.

Some of the channels are kind of scrambled and makes that awful scratching sound. It's not the satellite and the cables are correct. How do I fix this? It's annoying and the customer service people are useless. I'm calling on all you Yahoo! Answerers to help me, please!

Look, both have married before, but she was not speaking very good English at the time..he fooled her into signing a pre-nup and called it a paper conditional towards buying their condo...she signed it, not knowing better and trusting her new husband...

now he took their daughter to his mother's house and told the cops that he wanted her out of the house...now..he has persuaded the leaders of our church that he is right and they are not willing to help her at all..

I can't help to think that HE has kidnapped his own daughter and LIED to the cops about her being dangerous in order to validate his decision...

my wife and I know her REAL well and have NO problem having her babysit our kids...she has looked over them SEVERAL times without any problems

the "dangerous" thing is a BS excuse..

Does SHE have ANY rights at all??? What can she take this ahole for??

I have a 2 mo. Old Chauaua, and one day I discovered he has a creator or dent in the top of his skull. Its the diameter of my pinky. When i touch it its a definate soft spot, it doesn't bother him when I touch it. He has a health appitite, listens well, good balance. I'm going to take him to the vet this weekend until then any advise? Is this something that will cause problems in the future?

I found this paper in my grandmothers basement years ago. It is very aged but goes into great detail about Lincoln's assassination,John Wilkes Boothe, and the Immancipation proclimation and how this was brought up to congress 37 yrs. prior to Lincoln freeing the slaves but was turned down .I really feel that this should be in a museum but at the same time, I could really use some extra cash.
