I want to thank everyone for answering and yes I have left him and yes he has a 6 yr old child and I reported him to child welfare for doing the same thing to him as me so it's up to them to investigate it and I pray everyday for this child and I hope he is removed from his father and yes he is getting charghed for assualt and I go see a lawer tomorrow so thank you all

Unless you enjoy this kind of treatment, which I doubt you do, you should find a way to get out because men who do this usually get worse over time.
Make a plan. Plan when you're going to leave, and save every single penny you can. Find an apartment first, then move out.
You don't have to be treated like this.

well, I know it is hard but yes. is there kids envolved?? You do not deserve to be treated that way. NOOOOO woman does.You deserve better and you will find better. Trust me I know and have found someone soooooooo much better. K Keep your chin up

depends on how far was he abusing you really... you didn't mention details but if you had enough of living in his violent environment and can't take it any more, then move on and start a new life with out him and away from him

get out before he kills you! I was abused, and gave him a chance for counseling. He did not take it, so I took my son and moved home.
