I have an investment property in the U.S.A. that will need to be refinanced in two years. I currently have an ARM, but will not be able to get the rent to cover the new payments. If I foreclose on this property, will it affect my credit here in Canada? I want to buy more homes in Canada in the near future.

Of course with the round 8's instead of the squared one's. Looks too much like Jarretts old #. I like the new cars, just thought it would be great to see him back in a red car. I know...it's the driver not the car,but red would cool!!

Whist in prison for the "now overturned conviction"?
My point is, if the person has their original, lets say, Murder conviction, quashed. Doesn't that leave a slight problem? As, if they have committed a murder in prison, what happens now, because they should not have been there? I'm sure i've read of this happening in America (it might of been another country i'm not sure) but cannot remember the outcome? If anybody knows of such a case, could you post as much info as possible. Thanks.

I've learnt English only at school. I think I know it pretty well, but there are some expressions I don't understand. I was trying to translate a subtitle from English to my language. So, please tell me what does this mean: "You've got to keep them on their toes." ? It is about a discussion some men had about their workers.

I remember that many years ago, when I was a kid during the 70s and 80s, my mom used to watch his show on PBS. Even though Bob Ross has been dead for some time, I think he's sort of become a legend. In fact, I remember a guy on here who used Ross' picture as an avatar.:)

Taxpayers are currently paying outragious amounts for social security that we will probably never see. What can be done to save it? Also what happens to the money if someone has paid in for years and then dies without collecting a penny back?

We have taken in a 15 year old girl who is in need of a lot of help. Because of her past family life she is a master at manipulation, and a practiced liar too. She has a way of saying things that are believable, one of the is "Everyone can tell when I lie, so I don't do it!!"
I work extra hard at letting her know that she doesn't have to lie to me, I am not the type of person who flips out and yells my head off!
I want her to know that each lie is making it harder to trust her.
I know that people can't change over night, I need suggestions on how to go about getting to know the REAL HER, and helping that person, not the many that she shows at will! She is just too good!
She is failing school, and no matter how much time I spend with her at home, she still takes advantage of the extra time to be be lazy. SO all of my efforts are lost!
I am desperate to help her become a healthy young adult who will have a chance in this cruel world.

If Revelation is talking about Roman Empire of the past (the seven hills thing kinda makes it obvious), then would Evangelical Christians try to mold current events to fit their book so they can point to it as being true for "today" ?

My best friends husband has a personal page on an online dating site. He has himself listed as a single person. My question is, should I tell my friend about her husband's page on this site? I'm thinking that I may ruin my friendship with her for not telling her as I knew about this page for about a year. I know, I know, I just didn't want to cause any static in their relationship. This is tearing me up because my friend and I are real close, she was there when I delivered my daughter and if I go on to glory, I want her and her husband to raise my kids.
