It seems like everyone outside California thinks the whole state is full of Liberals and Democrats and its not true. As a matter of fact there is a lot more counties in California who are republican and conservative. Look at this map which is detailed by counties of who voted republican in 2004 ,you can see the only blue counties are in the Coast, Bay Area, and Los Angeles while the rest of the state votes republican so thats why I don't see why everyone thinks California is full of Liberals?

Hi, I hit a person going down the highway last week. He wants 502.00 for damages which we agreed to settle outside of insurance because of my deductible. I want to make him sign a release of some kind. I want to document that I paid and I am no longer bound to him. What kind of release do I need to draft and where can I get this done? Isnt this a liability release form or something of that nature? Please advise on how to correctly pay this person off and be done with him for good. While covering my *** in case he turns out to be an ***.

Would my symptoms get stronger, such as nausea, headaches, fatigue, breast tenderness. Last week when I went to the dr I was unable to see anything, but a gestational sac. I am scheduled to go again this week ( I'll be 7 weeks when I go) and I was just curious if it makes sense for me to think that things must be progressing because my symptoms are getting worse by the day.
Maybe they would progress either way, but I was just wanted to get some insight.

Ok so I love oatmeal, (Not instant) I have it every morning with fresh fruit.. I was wondering if adding a teaspoon or tbsp of vanilla extract would be good..for a change of flavor? and if so would I add it when cooking it or after? I live in Michigan, I was convicted for uttering and publishing over 10 years ago (making money orders). This is a non-violent feloney, which has been expunged, but I seem to recall someone saying I will never be able to leagaly own a gun. Is this just hand guns, hunting rifels, are antiques included in this, and what about bow and arrow/crossbows?
