If my pregnancy was not progressing as it should....?

Question

Would my symptoms get stronger, such as nausea, headaches, fatigue, breast tenderness. Last week when I went to the dr I was unable to see anything, but a gestational sac. I am scheduled to go again this week ( I'll be 7 weeks when I go) and I was just curious if it makes sense for me to think that things must be progressing because my symptoms are getting worse by the day.
Maybe they would progress either way, but I was just wanted to get some insight.

Please don't read too much into symptoms (either good or bad). If you woke up and weren't as nauseous it would not be a bad sign.

Some women never get sick when pregnant. Some are sick from day 1 to the end. All pregnancies are different. I know it is trite advice, but please try to stop worrying. Worry and stress are bad things and you need to eat healthy, rest well and stop stressing!

yes you do have these symptoms and yes they do get stronger every day it should be i'm not sure quite but I know a lil but ya good luck on the pregnancy I hope you do well.
