Gundam Seed 00 never aired. Unless it is Gundam 00. Kira Yamato not in Gundam 00 because Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny series and Gundam 00 series is very differ.

And the name is NOT Gundam Seed 00, it's "Gundam 00". Don't be mistaken.
Don't expect and hope that Kira will be there, because the time line was NOT Cosmic Era (If my memory serves correctly, it was AD 2037? Not CE whatever number it is). The character designer is also different, so no more Kira and his gang. If you really want to see Kira in the series, then take a look at this site:

there is no Gundam Seed 00, the next series is a whole new remake of Gundam called Mobile Suit Gundam 00, no relation to Gundam Seed so there is no Kira, sorry for the bad news but i got good news for you, they're making a movie for Gundam Seed with Kira and Shinn, it seemingly takes place after Gundam Seed Destiny.
