My bf and I broke up 2 weeks ago. it was mutual. he's scared to be in a serious relationship bc he's recently gone through a divorce. he said he wanted to take a step back and I said I couldn't do that. he kept asking if i was going to leave and never call again and i said i didn't know. it's been 2 weeks and i want to contact him...Whats the first step I should take?

i should add that i did send him a letter after we broke up basically stating that we needed time and space to think about what we really wanted...should i still contact him?

he brought me bak 2 his country 2 marry him but with 1 condition if only i will look after his mom. i been looking after his mom for 2yrs during the day and im working at night as well. he bought me a car and been paying him bak but at the end he took it bak from me and i didnt get my money back. we never sleep in one bed, i been sleeping in the other room by myself. im tired and sick of being in that position. i left him this year and rented a house for myself. i have a better life now since i left him.
