You married a 46 year old man! He took you back (that is how back is spelled by the way) to his country to marry you and he gave you a condition, you have to look after his mother! Your husband bought a car for you, he bought it for YOU and you have to pay him back for it. And now he wants a crazy amount of money from you, and for what? You fulfilled his condition when you married him. But you were also 19 when you married a 46 year old man! What in GODs name made you decide to marry this man, and have him take you back to his country. When I was 19, there was no way I was getting married or even thinking about dating a man 27 years my senior. I am 27 now and the thought of being involved with a 46 year old man, grosses me out. He is far too old for me. I don't want a LIFE with a 46 year old.
I would beg for this man to send me back to my country. It would mean that I would be getting away from him. It would mean that I could see my family again. It would mean freedom. And if he won't divorce you, you should of thought about that before you married him in his country. Better yet, you leave and go back to your country. Seriously, your 22 at the most, it is time for you to get out of there.

Marry someone who appreciates you and tell him he's going to jail for making false offers (making a fraudulent contract) and for slavery!
What he has done is absolutely horrible, and it is not how things work in America. Tell a cop; tell a lawyer -- but get away from him!
People stay illegally in this country all the time. They are particularly popular with politicians, from President Bush to the Democratic opposition; with "sanctuary cities" and entire states e.g., New York).
If I recall, when I registereed to vote in Colorado, they didn't even check to see if I was a citizen. You could disappear into any of those states long enough to meet a good man, marry, and become legal.

You must have that kind of money for him to demand it!!! If you do should get a good attorney and get a restraining order against change your number. If you are legal here then he can't sent you back to your country so there is nothing to worry about however, if you are illegal then you're best bet is to move to another state and start using your maiden name.

the only thing you can and you should do is get a lawyer to help you.
If in the end, you have to go back to your country but you really like to staying in here.... i guess you'll have to find your way back here.... this time don't do something like that.

Move away to another state and break off all contact with him. He sounds like a controlling dirty old man. He is trying to extort money from you and control you.
