It is a sad one, so I try to keep that day out of my mind. It has to be the day my fiance died in front of me. He got hit by a car, saving his father's life. However, he died a hero. The last words we ever spoke to one another were, "I love you.".
That was 5 years ago, and I have learned a lot, and now I am quite happy, so no sympathy votes for me, just happy vibes, friends! Peace! xo to all!

The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.
Well the good times are important because obviously they're good and made me laugh etc.
The bad I sometimes do as well as the ugly and eventhough I've resolved those thoughts of bad/ugly moments in my life I think I remember them so I can prepare myself for next time if I come across a similar incident/s so I can handle them better.

Sometimes they are bad ones. I don't know why I replay the bad ones, but I've spent a lot of time "retraining" my mind NOT to replay memories...

The memory of of my X Theice Virgil. I think and dream about her every single day and night. we broke up last year but still i think about her because she was the only girlfriend i honestly said i love her from the bottom of my heart and she was the one i though i was going to marry but i just I'm wrong. so you see. i replay her memories in my mind every day like crazy.

I try not to replay memories. I have trouble bringing up good ones. Its like everything positive in my past has something negative I can attach to it....sounds weird. but Its true.

I think about the intimate moments I had with past lovers... Yeah, I know... I keep replaying them in my head, always adding or ommiting details as I see fit.
I don't know why more people didn't answer this question... it is a good question. People just like to answer "what's your favorite color?" questions... *sigh*

I would love to answer this question in detail, but I can't. I have old memories that I would just as soon forget, they haunt me at the least opportune moments. Wish I could forget.

I used to do that with bad memories but it truely drove me nuts, dont do it to yaself just move on, look ahead.
With good memories it is the growth of children.

My mistakes. So I will not make them again. The special moments that I had in relationships. Unfortunately the ladder is outweighed by the former.
