Hi. Well i am male 21 and i am 250 pounds at the momement with around 6 feet tall. i checked my ideal weight from nutritiondata.com and it told its something from 136-185. I am dieting to lose 50 to 60 pounds in about 2 to 4 months.
Some back ground on why i want to lose weight:

Basically the girl i really liked turned me down and she said it was because of my weight. Yes that was really hurtfull and at the same time shocking to me and made me want to do this.

So far i have lost around 10 pounds in 2 weeks and i hope by the new year i will lose another 30-40 pounds. so that would be around 40 to 50 pounds in about 2 to 3 months.
So my biggest concern is if i will have alot of loose skin after my diet is finished. Yes i do exercise and i drink plenty of water. I cant do weight training because i cant use my left hand ( due surgury) but i do walk about at least 30 min and 30 min on a bike every day.

Will i gain a noticable amount of loose skin? and how can i minimize it.

I was glad when people we had a difference of opinon on certain matters got in touch with me, trying to get things together. I 'm more than open to get things settled, with the only condition on equal respect and allowance of real freedom of speach. That doen't mean that we can like each other but at least be honest with each other and go on.
Any differences we can solve through private e-mailing and get things not to what they were, but to what they can be. I want to hear everyones position on this. And I mean everyone. Present and past members.I don't try to prove I'm the good and others the bad.
Settling this will only straingthen the section against outside invators. I f you agree, you know where to find me. I never left.
This may discomfort some of my friends that stood their ground on matters of principle, I only ask their indulgence and understanding. You too are needed . Forgive and forget, that is a way to Carpe Diem.
We have to be united even with our differences.

would have Christianity and the Bible taken hold as it has, if it began in 2007, instead of 2000 years ago...? I think you could make a case for either reason why Team Hughes has lost 6 in a row on the Ultimate Fighter. First of all, alot of his guys seem to be very shredded, bodybuilder types but without alot of fighting ability. They have impressive physiques but lack that killer instinct. They probably spend more time lifting weights and looking in the mirror than fighting. On the other hand, it may be that Hughes isn't a very good coach and spends more time picking on them rather than teaching them how to fight. Hughes seems to run his team through intimidation while Sera runs his through mutual respect and genuine care for his fighters. What do you think?
