In America, we are blessed with the freedom of religion. I have my personal beliefs, my family has the right to make their own choices. I would NEVER presume to push my values on anyone else!

Obviously, the two sides should immediately and consistently try to convert one and other as quickly as possible.

Or...

You could just realize that everyone has their own beliefs and, in doing so, suggest the same thing to them. If either you or your family does not agree with this philosophy then congratulations and get set to be miserable for a very long time.

You teach by example... they will see you and the changes benefiting you by being a christian and this may encourage them to consider it also.. but never push your Christianity on them that will turn them away from your ideas and possibly from you! Oh and pray for them... Good luck!

Just live your life. Take care of your own walk, be such a light to the world that your family will rejoice.

Plaster the house with cross effigies and sing hymns all day long telling them that they are all going to hell unless they change their evil ways.

Or do nothing at all and practice the tolerance you preach.

my sister is going through the same thing.
well we respect her and her decision and she respects ours.
you and your family need to talk about it and you just tell them how you feel and that being a christian makes you feel happy. (or however it makes you feel).
me and my family have an understanding with my sister.
we don't tell her not to believe and she doesn't tell us to believe.
the worst thing you could do is try and convert your family.
and the worst thing they could do is tell you that your wrong for believing what you believe.
you and your family have to learn to get along with your different beliefs
and don't try to convert anyone and don't let anyone covert you because no one likes being told what to believe and how to feel.

If your life shows evidence of peace and joy, and you treat them with love and respect, they might ask you about it and be interested in what you have to say. Your life is going to "witness" to them more than any words could; and they won't hear what you have to say unless they have come to a place where they are ready and willing to listen. So, live right and wait to see if they ask you.

stay true to your new found faith in God, because at the end of life you will meet Him. He has the power to cast in Hell or invite you into His Kingdom of everlasting life, pray for your family as well, there's nothing impossible with God.

You are who you are. You have to live by what you believe in, not what others force on you. A person should be open to all ideas and choose what best for them personally. Wish you the best!

Pray for them.
Continue to submit yourself to the Lord and live a good example.
It's His job to bring them to Him.

Much verbal persuasion on your part may not be necessary as they see the good changes in you and how you live out your faith.
