YES! The crook bankers known as the Federal Reserve.
Which by the way is about as federal as Fed. Express. Remember the golden rule? He who has the gold makes the rules. And it sure as hell isn't the president, but large banking corporations, investors and families like the Rockefeller's. The Bush family falls into this category as well. The president is a puppet.

He can be impeached by the senate majority voting and can be disqualified forever under the USA constitution! It was given almost a try on democratic party HQ Watergate bugging scandal during the presidency of Mr. Richard Nixon and also in the Monica sex scandal during the presidency of Mr.Bill Clinton!

The President must answer to the America people. Also, the president is the head of the executive branch but there's also the Judicial and Legislative branches that he must contend with.
