When giving blood, usually 1 pint.....how does your body know it's gone? Then how much to remake? When you fill a balloon with water and tie it off, if you take a pint from it there is no way to refill it. Nor does it know. So how does our heart know to produce blood or not? and How much?

It just baffels this poor spelling, bad punctuation, ignorant of paragraph ending and begining little pea brain of mine, how some individuals (very proud of their learned minds) waste their precious geneous big brains to belittle us dumb, ignorant bast---s who just want to enjoy the net a bit with a few oversights in the process without being reminded of how unfortunately stupid we are.

Can some one tell me why?

I'm living as a self suported misionary in Guatemala and I have to go to an internet cafe to satisfy my Yahoo A. addiciton and these computers can be so slow! (good for learning patience)
On top of being a bad speller, my fingers on my right hand operate at a faster rate than my left!

I am sure i was not the only one who though right before the war this will be a fast not many death war. But its been different.. I just recently joined the army btw. It's just hard to believe that america with all our technology and so well train soldiers is having such a hard time on this war, i notice that our total death count every month is getting lower and lower which is a great sign... and is also scary to think that if we have such a tough war with iraqi insurgent, how will we do vs a bigger nation....

In my years as an avid astronomy fan, I have found the following to be very common misconceptions:
1) People think the Pleiades are the little dipper.
2) People are surprised to find out that we can see Saturn easily with the naked eye.
3) Many think that Polaris is the brightest star in the sky.
4) Most have almost no concept of the vast differences in the distances of stars we see.

I'm interested what other astronomers, professional or informed amateur, have found that most casual observers misunderstand.

I mean there is nothing wrong with the heightening of the feelings and intimacy towards each other, and often a good relationship will ensue, but is it a MUST? bill paid 1000 to susan in exchange for susans written agreement that if bill wished to purchase her house she would sell it to him for 100,000 any time before april 1. prior to april 1, bill said he wanted more time to decide and susan agreed to extend her agreement until july 1. on may 18, susan sold the house to teepe who was ignorant of the previous agreements. bill brought suit against susan.

I had an abdominal hysterectomy 7 weeks ago. For some reason, I have had off/on bladder problems ever since the surgery - constant urinating. I took a UTI test last week and it came back that I had a UTI so I went on antibiotics but now I'm doing the constant urinating again. My doctor just seems to blow me off and says it's normal but I can't believe it is. Has anyone had this problem and how did they handle it with their doctor.
