Technically, it's called cunnilingus. It's oral sex.
The word cunnilingus comes from Latin.
cunnus = vulva (woman's "private parts")
lingere = to lick
There are some slang terms to describe it: muff diving, going down, licking clit ... and some other which slip my mind at the moment.
