I'm on an 18 month contract and half way through, my Nokia phone stopped working. I asked if I could have a new handset and they sent me one. They don't normally do this, but I can be very persuasive when I want to be!!!

I don't think any of their gestures are good will. In the long run, anything they offer you is only bait to keep you on their network for longer, knowing that we'll spend way more than they "offer for free". A bit cynical but must be true from a business point of view.

Just renewed my contract with Orange..they offered me a Nokia N95 on a 12 months contract with a £20 a month loyalty discount
