i have really skinny wrists and forearms. wats a good effective workout to get them bigger and stronger? by this i mean a home workout because all i have is dunbells.

I am a wrestler that only needs to cut a good 10 pounds and i want to use hydroxycut cause after the season i would like to lose more wieght and add muscle i was injured all year long and need to lose weight and our season started last week i am eligible to wrestle i got diet plans which invlove not eathing but i want to eat and be healthy so what diet plan should i use while taking hydroxycut thanks for all the help for everyone that answers the right way.
