Termites...burning in the house...set it on fire first.
Target painted on the roof for pigeon poo.
Fill it with mice, cats and dogs.
Put all your spray cans in the microwave, set it for 20 minutes ... and RUN.
Let poor & rude people live in it. Instant trash.
Hang out a sign: Homeless welcome day 24/7.
Put trash dumpsters in the front yard, in every room and a welcome sign in the yard.
Let the pet shelter use it when they have overcrowding.
Finally, have a Mazola, Chocolate syrup, mac & cheese, shaving cream, whipped cream, tomato, raw egg (you can think of more, I'm sure) party!!!
Rent it out to the local landfull.
Bonus: Let my daughter live in it for about a week. That should do it.
