Not really. With a bit of practice it comes more easily. : )
I learned a long time ago that when if I was feeling very emotionally attached to the outcome of a discussion to keep my big mouth shut! lol Invariably, if you argue when you are emotional you will be W R O N G about at least a part of what you are saying.
Admitting you are wrong shows others that you are mature and willing to learn. Those are good things! If I discover I am wrong about something, I *want* to tell the people I care about that I was wrong. It honors them and lets them know they can trust you. All good things.

Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. A lot of it depends on whom I have to "admit" it to, and how well they take being right. Sometimes it's a relief to be wrong, especially if you've been one who people come to for "all the answers". Being wrong stops the "groupies" from seeking all the answers from you. But, there are times when admitting I'm wrong is difficult and painful. I guess I have to take the bad with the good. God Bless you.

Yes I do, most of the times, and what it pisses me off the most is that I actually hate to hate to admit that I was wrong, because it confirms how incredibly immature I am.

The best thing to do is not make an excuse for being wrong
apologize in a way to get others to empathize
oh my gosh I'm so stupid......
people like seeing the humane side of others
no one likes a know it all especially when you know they are not always right

No, everyone is wrong plenty of times in their lives, theres nothing wrong with well...being wrong. Thats how we learn, from our mistakes. And Im sorry but theres nothing more annoying than a know-it-all or someone who bras about how smart they they think they are because often those people are over compensating for their lack of wisdon and or knowledge.
