Malaysia underscores IATA commitment to work together with the international community to address the issues of climate change including conjoining United Nation Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol. In fact, the commitment *of which* had also been declared in IATA Declaration in Makati 2005 with the principles of “common but differentiated strategy”.

No, you have not used that phrase correctly, but unfortunately, there are so many other errors in the sentence that I have no idea what you are trying to say. Let me try to point out a few of the issues:

1) "Malaysia underscores" doesn't make sense. Malaysia is a country. How can it underscore anything? Do you mean some kind of agreement made in Malaysia, or some event that occurred in Malaysia?

2) I think you have used the word "conjoining" incorrectly, unless the Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol somehow became one thing. You seem to mean that Malaysia signed on to both of these declarations, but that is not what conjoining means.

3) The second sentence doesn't make sense, and I can't figure out what you are trying to say. Are you trying to say that the principles of "common but differentiated strategy", which came out of the IATA Declaration in Makati in 2005 were another expression of the group's commitment to work together with the international community?

Hi there,
Most importantly, the entire paragraph should be reworked for punctuation problems. To ans. your question - inserting "of which" is unnecessary and seemingly redundant. Keep antecedents closer to subject. Hope it helps.
