So, basically I've found out that I have high blood pressure and it was recommended that I start exercising and lose some weight. The machines at the gym have a "fat burn" heart that they say I should maintain 65% intensity for me is 130bpm and at 80% its like 180. I want to lose the fat, but don't want to lose the muscle, but it seems that I am not working out hard enough when I try to maintain a HR of 130. So, my question is that should I train in the cardio range (180) or in the fat burn range (130), and what are the pros and cons of both?

I watched the lost book of nostrodomus on history channel last night...kind of a realization thing going on there for me, i just wanted your view of what you think about his prediction of the apocolyps. i think that there will be a judgement dya one day, but being able to say exactly when and how it is, that's where i'm a little skeptical...what do you think...good answers please!

Went to Disney's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party Tuesday night at Disney World. It poured down raining when we left and we got soaked. Needless to say, the red pirates vest that I was wearing bled into the ivory dress and now I have pinkish stains everywhere on the dress. I've tried prewashing with baking soda and detergent, but it still has pink stains. Anyone know of a "miracle" product that actually works? I've heard a lot about oxyclean or a product by RID, but has anyone ever used them? I hate the fact that the costume seems ruined at this point.
Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance for your time.

we have been dating for 5 months, at first he didnt take it seriously, but gradually he had more feelings for me, and he said he loves me after 4 months. we even talked about he moving in with me after another 2 months. but then I found out he set up meetings with another girl from the internet, I broke up with him immediaterly. But I know I love him, and the breaking up feeling is aweful. and he kept telling me the meeting with the girl is only social, and he is commited to our relationship.
I do feel he has some integrity, but I dont know if I should talk to him about the relationship again... I dont want to do anything wrong under the pain of breaking up...

a coworker and i were emailing each other and he said let's make luv and i said i wasn't sure. anyway later on in the day, he told me he wanted to touch me and me touch him. i then changed my mind and told him i wanted us to touch. after his shift was over, we met at the top floor of the library which is where we work and we tried find a spot, but he had bad breath and looked unclean. he could tell i wasn't sure and told me we shouldn't do it since i wasn't sure and that i wasn't into it. he just seemed really cool about it when i asked him if he was upset and he seemed laid back. he could tell i was nervous and confused and he kinda hugged me. the next day i emailed him from home saying that I want him and me to still do it, but then he said he couldn't do it since he was horny and that i should do it with some1 i luv since he has a gf . he said he was sorry/ that he hoped i didn't feel used. thing is i try to talk 2 him like nothing happend, but sometimes he acts distant

I just want them to leave me alone and am even more fearful of them if they are a cult, seeing as they persist in ignoring my requests to not disturb me. I have a 2007 Harley Davidson Softail Custom. I am doing a 103 cubic inch upgrade and would like to get at least 115 lb/ft of torque at the rear wheel when I am done. I currently am running with Rhinehart pipes and a SE air cleaner. My local dealer says that he does not think he can get me that much torque from the 103 big bore kit and cyllinders, aggressive gear driven cams, and an SE race tuner. Any ideas how I can get at least that much power without having to run on race gas? I mentioned having head work done, but he said he has not seen numbers that high from previous customers that have had head work done.
