I have a new '07 Ultra that I bought last July. I put python mufflers on it, a screaming eagle stage 1 kit and a race tuner. I gained 23 horsepower and brought it up to 90 ft pounds of torque and have the dyno readouts to prove it. If you go with the big bore kit alone, as offered from harley, with the improvements you have now, ( by the way, which tuner did you use? need to know!! did you use the V&H fuel pak or what?) and install a race tuner, you will achieve very close to your goal, I'd estimate it at 100 to 105 ft lbs of torque.
I asked about the tuner you used, because if you ran the V&H or most of the others, it won't work right once you start changing cams, add the big bore kit etc. I hate to push the Harley product, but the race tuner from HD is the best bet because it is completely tuneable for all your upgrades. BUT, you have to have it dyno'd when you change things. So you do have that extra cost. But, it will be done right, you get the soft ware with it, and you can buy the cables to hook it into your laptop at home to tweak it if you know what your doing. If not, leave it to HD to do it. Also, while the V&H and others can be removed from your bike and used on another, the race tuner is married to your bike and cannot be re used if you sell your bike. It stays with your bike.

before you buy any parts from h-d, check out www.head-quarters.com, those numbers are achievable with the right parts and h-d's parts will not get you there. h-d only uses chain driven cams, their screaming eagle heads are not very good either. your bike already has the stroker crank, so the 3.875" pistons will bring you to the 103 cu. in.
you will also be able to get this on pump gas.
by the way, you will need a 2>1 pipe for the greater tourque.

i dont think thats possible dude unless you get a 113 s&s stroker kit. 1 pound of tourqe for every good feeling cubic inch of displacment. thats the rule. if you burn nitros oxide or have it turbo charged maybe you can do that. i have a good feeling 93 foot pounds of tourqe with a 95" top end kit. 10:1 high compression pistons, racing vavles and springs power commander cams lift shims you name it and i couldnt get it over the good feeling inch mark. al the 103 is is a 95" stroker.

It's all in the heads. I have a buddy w/ a TC96 that's putting out 115hp and 114ft lb of torque. It's all because of the porting job on the heads.

head work(flow), porting and valves, open headers and a BIG mikuni on a blower for starts. Then get engine balanced.
REMEMBER: tune bike for max performance afterwards

Why don't you spend the money on a bike that actually goes fast, turns, and actually starts on occasion?
