She Really likes the name Helena(IDK why...It's an awesome My Chemical Romance Song!!) Anyways so I need a good middle name for Helena or if you don't like that tell me which one you like best!

Helena is a beautiful name, but I really really don't like Paige! Anna and Andrea are also really great names, but once again I don't like the middle names they're paired with lol.
Hazel Elizabeth is gorgeous - and the z's in each name make it flow together really well. Anna Elisabeth? Andrea Elisabeth? Nicole is just a little too plain for me - what about Nicola or Nicolette? Helena Nicolette, Helena Elisabeth (I like the s here better than the z, because Helena just seems to fit it better idk why lol), Anna Helene, Andrey Helena, etc could all be possible combinations from that list.
Lena would be such an adorable nickname as well for Helena. Since your aunt really likes it, my vote will be for Helena Elisabeth (or Hazel Elizabeth). Will your new cousin be a Lena or a Zel? Lol that's just my input.

I think Anna Marie is a really pretty name but if your aunt wants the baby to be called Helena, I would call her Helena Marie or maybe Helena Christine.
