my throat kind of hurts, its really itchy, i dont have a fever. i have lost my voice and i have to strain to talk. it sounds hoarse and froggy. what is wrong with me? how do i get my voice back? i just had tea with honey but it didn't help.

I am changing heads in a 95 buick skylark and the book says I need to support the engine with a hoist type lift and adapter.Is there another way to support this from the bottom without hurting the oil pan or something else.I loosened the dog bone and the motor does fall down and needs support.This has put the project at a standstill for the moment.Thanks

I'm a senior in high school, and I was a bit upset when I realized I'd be working on Halloween. But my friend rescheduled so she's working with me, and we asked out boss if we can wear costumes. I am 14 and I have had my period 5 or 6 times before, and they haev been pretty regular, i normaly get it around the 23 or the month, now its the 28th and I have nothing, should I be worried? or am I still early enough in my period that being this irregular is normal?

i just had a baby about a month ago..well a month and week to be exact, and i think i might have busted one of my stiches from my tear. The other day i was moving and lifting a bunch of furniture and that night when i used the bathroom it kinda burned like i had a cut..so im thinking that one of my stiches busted cause all the sudden its just sore...is there anything ican do to help this?

i was eating at Panda Express and got the kung pao something chicken and there was this little completely black pepper in it that looked like it was burnt black and it was about the size of a snow pea so i ate it and it was HOT i mean i've had jalapeño peppers that weren't near this hot. my whole tongue and throat burned and it felt like my whole upper body was in pain. it wasn't an allergic reaction but what on earth was that thing!!?! all answers are appreciated :)

Yesterday a bunch of us went to a bar and finally this girl I like from my university also went. Struck up a conversation, got her digits and may have noticed a bit of interest on her part. However, this is not the issue. We're talking and she tells me its time for her to go. Now comes the goodbye part. Normally this wouldnt be a problem but this group is VERY diverse regarding nationality; so now i dont know the appropirate goodbye: handshake? head nod? single kiss? double kiss?

In a split-second decision i go for what is normal to me: the "sort-of-hug-single-kiss-in-the-cheek". But something goes wrong and I give the "sort-of-hug" but the kiss ends up in her shoulder (dont ask me why i was nervous & wasnt drunk)

My question is: should i call today, say hi & use the opportunity to kinda let her know that if she notied somethig wierd it was beacuse i was nervous? Or should i pretend nothing happened and see on monday, by her attitude towards me, if ended screwing it up.

I'm a 6th grader in middle school. While I change into my gym clothes from my regular school clothes, I take off my shirt (I ware a bra, like everyone else). yesterday when i checked my pulse rate was 75
is that normal??
how come sometimes i feel my heart is beating fast usually in the middle of the night i get up cuz i feel it beating so fast, i have no nightmares or anything like that....

if i buy a 26 inch hdtv now and take it off to college in 10 months do you think that hdtvs will still be the biggest thing at that time or should i wait to see if something better comes out.

does a outdoor attenna get any hd channels and does the channels come in like actual hi def channels. will i be able to watch espn and football games in hi def with this. will i have all the channels that i would get with cable from timewarner cable. is this service free then.

is it true that standard channels that are not high def capable come in worse on a hdtv.
